IMCR MENTORING PROGRAMMES
1-year mentoring path including different actions between Mentors and Mentees
Every mentoring Programme is created individually with the particular Mentor who builds the most accurate plan customized to the particular area and his/her experience.
Every IMCR Mentoring Programme will include:
● regular contact between Mentor and Mentee
● regular Mentor-Mentee meetings (online/stationary)
● study tours/visits in unique places according to the particular area
● creating publications/reports with Mentees and in cooperation with other Mentors
● webinars, conferences, research meetings etc.
● Interviews, articles in different media connected to real estate industry
