International Mentoring Community of Real Estate was created to build a most valuable community of experts who can share their knowledge and experience with those who need it and also between themselves.

We strongly believe that this kind of growth is a must nowadays. Practical knowledge that can be shared between professionals is now the most valuable kind of experience we can get. None of the studies will give us so much practical knowledge then regular contact with someone experienced in exact area we are interested in.

That’s why our main goal is to join two sides – those experts who are already very experienced with those ones who want to constantly learn and grow by gaining practical point of view.

We are now facing unpredictable times which even more force us to act differently then ever before. We believe that the one of the most effective ways to adapt to the new reality is to learn from the best ones who have already experienced different kind of obstacles and challenges on their professional path.

That is why we came into idea to support polish real estate professionals by joining them with international real estate experts specializing in particular areas of the real estate world. Each time, mentoring programme will be a 12-month programme specially designed by the expert in cooperation with IMCR. It will include different kind of common actions taken by mentor and mentee together. Our experts will come from different countries and different areas. We want to focus on the most actual and important topics for real estate industry nowadays such as sustainability, e-commerce and m-commerce or new post-covid reality. Everything that will be the most future shaping factors.

We will try to build a community of professionals who will inspire not only mentees but also each other by engagement in such actions like common market reports, conferences, webinars and regular meetings. With our research partners we will conduct paneuropean research projects that will help the industry to track the trends, dynamics and changes of the real estate market. We hope to build the unique professional relations that will help and inspire both sides of the process. We also plan a number of activities for both mentors and mentees who will have an opportunity to create common publications, articles, reports or speeches.

We strongly believe that this will be the best way for polish real estate professionals to constantly grow and adapt to the changing and demanding reality.
